Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is defective, damaged, or faulty

The item is significantly different from what was described
Items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

In original packaging with tags/labels intact (where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:

Beauty and personal care products (creams, lipsticks, skincare) once opened or used

Hair care and styling tools once used

Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/flash sale events
How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within [1–2 business days]

If approved, we'll arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back to us

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or replacement
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued as [store credit / bank transfer / original payment method] within [5–10] business days of us receiving the returned item

Since most orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are typically processed via [bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash] — you'll be asked to share account details

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

If you're returning an item for another reason (changed your mind, wrong size, etc.): the customer covers return shipping.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange (e.g., different color or variant) instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us — subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it's treated as a return under the policy above.
