We want you to love what you order from Ezee Mall. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds process works.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or faulty

• You received the wrong product

• The item is significantly different from what was described

Items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

• In original packaging with tags/labels intact (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:

• Beauty and personal care products (creams, lipsticks, skincare) once opened or used

• Hair care and styling tools once used

• Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/flash sale events

How to Request a Return

2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within [1–2 business days]

3. If approved, we'll arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back to us

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or replacement

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued as [store credit / bank transfer / original payment method] within [5–10] business days of us receiving the returned item

• Since most orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are typically processed via [bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash] — you'll be asked to share account details

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is defective, wrong, or damaged: we cover return shipping

• If you're returning an item for another reason (changed your mind, wrong size, etc.): the customer covers return shipping.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange (e.g., different color or variant) instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us — subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it's treated as a return under the policy above.
